Charles E. ‘Chuck’ Marshall, Jr. 53, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday, December 18, 2012 in Middletown due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was the husband of Kathleen “Kat” Kemp Marshall. Chuck was the son of Jennifer Green Collins of Waterbury and the late Charles E. Marshall Sr. He was a multi-talented mechanic and driver and had a heart of gold. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by three sons, Charles E. Marshall III, Keith Kemp Marshall and Eric Marshall; a daughter, Ashley Marshall-Maleto and her husband John; three brothers, David Marshall, Michael Marshall and his wife Susan, Daniel Marshall and his wife Laura; two sisters, Kathy Heitzman and her husband Mark and Margie Marshall; 2 grandchildren, Kaylie Maleto and Tess Kemp.
