Charles David Pirtle. Age 83, of Hammond- Hessville, IN, born August 14, 1938, passed away Saturday September 18, 2021.
He is survived by his loving sons, Timothy (Jaime) Pirtle, Charles (Charlene) Pirtle Jr., and Mike Hughes; loving daughter Karen (Ron) Redkey; adoring sister, Marta Drummond; numerous grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by beloved his beloved wife Dorothy; loving daughter Julie Long; loving son, Jerry Hughes; and fond brothers Shelby and Billy Pirtle. He was an avid fisherman, in which was his hobby that he loved and enjoyed.
