Charles was an Auto Mechanic at Nemeth Brothers Auto in Irvington, NJ for 47 years, retiring 9 years ago. He was a US Army veteran and was a parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church, Toms River.
Charles was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Helen Rose and his two grandchildren Melissa and Robert Gilroy.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Paula (nee Russell), his five children Charles Rose of Pine City, MN, David Rose of Toms River, Elizabeth Gilroy and her husband Robert of East Hanover, NJ, Michael Rose of Piscataway, NJ, Helen Rose of Stillwater, NJ, his siblings Alice Anderson of Houston, TX, Robert Rose of West Caldwell, NJ, Cathy Jett of Romeoville, IL and six grandchildren Danielle Gilroy, Patricia Gilroy, Kevin Gilroy, Caitlyn Tseng, Ge’Yannah Rose and Cassidy Rose.
