Charles “Chuck” Martin Jr., 62, entered into new life on July 22, 2018 at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. Born February 15, 1956 in Sandusky, OH. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed. Chuck was a truck driver for many years.

Mr. Martin was proceeded in death by; daughter, Sarah Rae Martin; father, Charles Seldon Martin Sr.; stepmother, Kathleen Martin; sister, Debbie Fisher.
