Charles “Chick” Kranyak, age 77, beloved husband of Beverly Dearborn Kranyak of Milford, entered peaceful rest on Nov. 26, 2021.
Chick was born on May 23, 1944, in Bridgeport and was the son of the late Michael and Adele (Stackiokas) Kranyak. He was a tile setter by trade and worked for Home Depot.
In addition to his devoted wife, Chick leaves his loving children, Charles “Chick” Kranyak, NHFD Ret., of Cheshire, Krista Kranyak-Chalfin (Robin) of Boston, MA, Robert Reardon, Jr. (Robin) of Ansonia, Rhonda Stockmal (Frank) of Milford, Wendy Lambriase (Chris) of Milford, eleven grandchildren, Morgan, Reagan, & Logan Kranyak, Ella & Aria Chalfin, Robert and Joseph Reardon, Katie & Frank Stockmal, Samantha & Christopher Lambiase. Chick also leaves his four siblings, Michael Kranyak of Stratford, Nancy Barnick of Milford, Jim Kranyak of Milford and Jack Kranyak of New Haven and several nieces and nephews. His brother-in-law, Chester Barnick and sister-in-law, Mary Wright Kranyak predeceased him.
