Charles Albert Barrett, 78, of Fishers and formerly of Muncie passed away
Sunday, November 15, 2010 at St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel. He was born
February 22, 1932 in Beattyville, Kentucky to Joe and Agnes (Charles) Barrett,
Charles worked at General Motors for forty years as production worker. Charles
proudly served his country during the Korean War in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include his loving wife of 36 years Lucille (Scott) Barrett, his step-
daughter Judith Mathews: Spiceland, four sisters Mildred Duncan: Mabel Hammond:
Helen Peters and Rosemary Fisher: all of Muncie, 3 grandchildren and 7 great-
grandchildren also survive.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Ray Barrett and two sisters
Billy Martin and Jeanie Daniels.
