Chad Lefiet Thrasher, 47, passed away on December 15, 2021, at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. He was born on December 5, 1974, in Muncie, Indiana, the son of Junior Ray and Joyce Thrasher.
Chad attended Jay County High School. He had worked as a general laborer for many years and was a jack of all trades. Chad loved football and was an avid Notre Dame and the Kentucky Wild Cats fan. He always brought a smile to everyone’s face and made sure his family had everything they needed.
Chad is survived by his wife, Andrea (Westerman) Thrasher; mother, Joyce (Swearingen) Thrasher; children, Danielle Thrasher, Tristan (Haley) Thrasher, and Josey Thrasher; brothers, Shane (Cheryl) Coates and John Thrasher; sisters, Bonnie (David) Swearingen) and Tammy (Mark) Weems; grandchildren, Aria Jo, Marlee, Sara Paisley, and Gracelynn; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Junior Ray Thrasher. Ride on Thrasher! We hope some peace finds you now and that you are free of pain physically, mentally, and emotionally.
