Cera Elizabeth Carter, age 24, passed into eternity on Wednesday September 30, 2020 in Hogansville, GA. She was born at the South Fulton Medical Center on November 14, 1995, to Larry D. Carter and Joy C. Carter of Newnan, GA. Cera had a very out-going personality and was always seeking new like-minded friends. She had a fierce loyalty to the people she befriended. She was highly intelligent, an avid reader, possessed an incredible vocabulary and enjoyed a good debate, which she usually won, regardless of the topic. She enjoyed customizing denim jackets and vests with patches, applique, pins and embroidery. She is preceded in death by her Biological mother, Joy Carter and grandparents Jack Carter, Janice Carter Cauthen, Nick Carter and Mary Carter. She is survived by her parents, Larry Carter and Deborah Carter, brothers Jack Carter and Ben Carter, their spouses Kate Christianson and Laura Carter, nephew Jack Carter, Nieces Skylar and Madison Landis and Ryan Carter. She leaves behind her precious newborn, Oliver Fox Carter.
