Cedell “Mama Red” Spinnato, 85, of West Haven passed away on August 16, 2011. Wife of the late Paul J. Spinnato. Mother of Lisa (Thomas) Hoyle of Baltic, Gary (Norma) Spinnato of Wallingford, Craig, Scott, and Paul (Barbara) Spinnato all of West Haven. She is also survived by her brother Larry Kaplowitz of NV, her sister Shirley Calandrella of East Haven, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Predeceased by her parents Abraham and Fannie Wells Kaplowitz and a brother Joseph Kaplowitz. Cedell retired from Sears & Roebucks, where she worked in the receiving department.
