Cecilia P. Smith, 80, died November 5, 2016 surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born January 9, 1936 in Pleasant Unity PA to Sam and Mary Selis. She graduated from Hurst High School in 1953 and married her high school sweetheart, Russell E. Smith in 1956. They moved to Manassas VA in 1962 where she met wonderful neighbors who became lifelong family friends. Cecilia graduated from nursing school in 1974 and worked as a LPN at Prince William Hospital until she retired in 1998.
