Cele was born at Poudre Valley Memorial Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado on September 10, 1949 to her parents Joseph Perry and Mary Billye Kintzley. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Perry Kintzley and sister Mary Jo Geilenkirchen. She is survived by husband Paul Bergstrom, Littleton, Colorado, son John Bergstrom (Gaby), Aurora, Colorado, daughter Sarah Bergstrom, Englewood, Colorado, sister Susan Essig, Loveland, Colorado, brother John Kintzley, Fort Collins, Colorado, sister-in-law Mary Shields, Centennial, Colorado, and brother-in-law Dean Geilenkirchen, Windsor, Colorado.
Cele grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado, attending St Joseph’s School, Fort Collins High School and Colorado State University where she majored in social work. She married Paul on April 5, 1972 in Fort Collins, and together, they moved to Dallas, Texas.
Cele and Paul moved to Littleton, Colorado in 1979, where she worked as a dedicated wife, and mother to her young children.
Cele was a past member of the Heritage Fine Arts Guild, Honorary Member of the Littleton Depot Fine Arts Guild and current member of the Littleton Paint Box Guild focused on plein air painting and juried art shows.
