Cathy Ann Shoaff, 40, of Norwich, passed away Nov. 18, 2014. She was born on May 17, 1974 and graduated from Montville High in 1992. She was predeceased by her father, Lloyd C. Shoaff, Jr. She leaves her mother, Anna Shoaff; brother, Lloyd Shoaff, III; and her most precious, beloved daughter, Anna Elizabeth, who is the love of her life. She also leaves her aunt and uncle, Nancy and Harold McDougall, several cousins, extended family and friends.
