Cathie Bryant Harris, 60, of 11489 Franklin Tpke, Chatham, VA died Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at her residence. Born October 16, 1951 in Houston, TX, she was the daughter of the late Roy Lee Bryant and the late Rebecca Parker Bryant. She was married to Danny Harris who survives of the residence. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Kristy Moore and husband, Alex of Danville; her sons, Tommy Harris and wife, Jean of Baton Rouge, LA, Chris Harris and wife, Noor of Virginia Beach, and Bobby Harris and wife, Linda of Chatham; her daughter-in-law, Hellen Harris, her sisters, Ann Doherty of SC and Sue Cash, of LA; her brothers,Tim, Buster, James and Cage Bryant all of MS and her grandchildren,T. J. Harris, Nikki Harris, Andy Harris, Matt Harris, Kim Harris, Danny L. Harris, III, Malachi Harris, Danielle Moore and Gracie Moore. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Danny L. Harris, Jr.; her sister, Mary Bryant McCoy and her brothers, Bo Bryant and Delton Wade Bryant.
