Catherine Shestok, 71, of Easton, died Friday, December 5, 2008, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Fountain Hill. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Charles Shestok and Katherine (Kuharik) Shestok of Nazareth. Catherine was employed by St. Luke’s Hospital for 42 years until she retired in 2002. She was a nurse’s aide and later worked in the communication and marketing dept. She was a member of the former Ss. Cyril & Methodius Church, now the Incarnation of Our Lord Parish. Catherine loved life. She was deeply religious person who enjoyed reading to relax. Survivors: her mother; uncles Steve and Mike of Bethlehem and Nick of Reading. She is also survived by many cousins.
