Mrs. Catherine McNeil McManus, 57, a resident of 1100 Carter St., died Saturday, April 23, 2005 at High Point Regional Hospital.
Mrs. McManus was born September 6, 1947, to the late John Frank and Grace Young McNeil. She was a native of High Point and attended the Guilford County School System. A faithful member of Living Water Baptist Church, she dressed to impress and loved entertaining family and friends. Her husband, John “West” McManus, and a sister, both also preceded her in death.
Surviving relatives include: four daughters, Tiffany McManus of the home, Melissa McFarland and her husband, Townsend, Sabrina Burns and her husband, Stanley, and Tina McManus, all of High Point; two sons, John W. McManus Jr., and William McManus and his wife Phyllis, all of High Point; one step-son Douglas Smith of High Point; seven grandchildren, Danielle McManus, Adrian McFarland, parrish McManus, William Devon McManus, Stacy Burns, Toni McManus, and Jasiya McManus; two sisters, Johnnie Mae Thomas and her husband, Alphonzo, and Pearline McManus and her husband James Robert, all of High Point; two brothers, Johnny Frank McNeil Jr. and his wife Lucy, of High Point, and Adam McNeil and his wife Gerald, of Greensboro; one step-brother, Michael Campbell, also of High Point; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
