Catherine Marie (Sabat) Corallo, 61, passed away on May 4, 2021, surrounded by her children in Navarre, Florida. She was born on March 5, 1960, to Stanley and Irmgard (Rose) Sabat of Windsor Locks, Connecticut where she was raised. She married Marc Corallo in 1981, and they raised three sons, Ben, Chris, and Daniel, and a daughter Emily in Suffield, Connecticut.
Catherine was a caring and conscientious nursing assistant at Windsor Hall in her younger years. She was considerate and empathized with those in need, either by volunteering at Enfield Loaves and Fishes, or giving a hug, or lending an ear.
Catherine was preceded in death by her father Stanley and mother Irmgard. She is survived by her four children, Ben of Navarre, Florida, Chris of Navarre, Florida, Daniel of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, and Emily of Niceville, Florida, her two grandchildren, Brooke and Everly, of Niceville, Florida; former spouse Marc Corallo; siblings Eva Sabat of Jasper, Arkansas, Steve Sabat of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, and Nancy Sabat, MD; her aunt Annegret Awuma of Bremen, Germany, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
