Catherine DelRe Janney, 85, passed away in ManorCare in Bethlehem on October 23, 2008. Born on March 2, 1923, Catherine was the daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa (Staudinger) Shalbert. She was married to Daniel D. DelRe who passed away in 1977 and to William Janney who passed away in 1996. She is survived by her daughter Jo Ann M. DelRe Vanic of Bethlehem and son Leonard J. DelRe of Fountain Hill. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Kevin Vanic of Bethlehem and Keith Vanic of Plainfield Twp., and three great-grandchildren, John Anthony, Luke and Sofia Vanic.
