Catherine Lennon Sisson passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013, in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born March 28, 1916, to the late Matthew and Anne Lennon, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was married to the late Arthur R. Sisson, Sr. His work with Addressograph-Multigraph took them to live in Denver, Dallas, Memphis, and Auckland, New Zealand. They traveled extensively during retirement, taking a world tour for their 50th wedding anniversary. They settled in Santa Rosa Beach after retiring from A-M in Auckland, enjoying many beautiful sunsets on the Gulf.
Catherine was a long-time member of St.
an Honorary Member of The Seagrove Garden Club for many years.
She is survived by her sons, Arthur R. Sisson, Jr. and wife Diana of Raleigh, NC;
Matthew W. Sisson and wife Lanie, of Cordova, TN; her grandchildren, Rebecca Gray and husband Joe of Cary, NC; Jeffrey Sisson and wife Tonya, of Middleburg, FL; Deborah Wims and husband Peter, of Indianapolis, IN; and
three great-grandchildren: Chloe Sisson, Middleburg, FL; Matthew and Michael Wims, Indianapolis, IN; and her niece, Jeananne Sheehan and husband Bruce, of Olive Branch, Mississippi.
The family wishes to thank her special friends, Sandi and Bill Rock, who became her extended family in Florida; Joan and Dick Schaeffer, who made it possible for her to attend Mass each Sunday, her neighbors, and the St.
