Catherine Kitty Butler, 99 years of Ashland, IL died Monday morning, November 19, 2007, at the Walker Nursing Home in Virginia, IL.
She was born February 23, 1908, in Pleasant Plains, IL the daughter of John Paul and Nelle Mitchell Fetzer. She married Homer C. Butler in 1926 in Pleasant Plains and he preceded in death on January 1, 2001.
She is survived by four grandchildren, Marcia Daffin of Nashville, TN, Dr. Catherine Coppolillo of Milwaukee, WI, Dr. Peter Coppolillo of Lunda, Tanzania, and Robert Coppolillo of Boulder, Co, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Betty Huston and Ruthann Coppolillo, and three sisters.
Mrs. Butler was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bridge and baking. She was a member of the Ashland United Methodist Church.
