Catherine Anne (Romagnoli) Kurkowski, 79, of Peru, passed away, Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Aperion Care, Spring Valley.
Mrs. Kurkowski was born November 28, 1936 in Standard to Primo and Jenny (Baker) Romagnoli. She married Donald E. Kurkowski on November 3, 1956 at Sacred Heart Church in Granville. He passed away on April 20, 2010. She worked as a secretary for Physicians Mutual Insurance. She was a member of St. Josephs Church, Peru, volunteered at PADS and was involved in Peru Cub Scouts.
She is survived by three sons, Donald (Cynthia) Kurkowski, David (Colleen) Kurkowski and Douglas (Kris) Kurkowski all of Peru; 7 grandchildren, Kyle Kurkowski, Eric Kurkowski, Ryan Kurkowski, Brooke Kurkowski, Max Kurkowski, Reece Kurkowski and Jessica Kurkowski;one great grandson Jameson; two brothers, Andy (Geri) Romagnoli of Granville and Wayne (Cheryl) Romagnoli of Ladd; and three sisters; Elaine (Larry) Castelli of Spring Valley, Diane (George) Baker of Granville and Donna (Elmer) Mekley of McNabb.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
