Carolyn Sue Meneely Hill, 72, of Terre Haute passed away Monday May 6, 2013 at Union Hospital after a long battle with cancer. She was born January 1, 1941 in New Goshen, Indiana to Edward Meneely and Deloris Bemis Meneely. She was a 1959 graduate of Gerstmeyer High School, after graduation she moved to Chicago where she was married. While living in Chicago she worked as a personal assistant while raising three boys. She later moved to Arizona working in a real estate office as a switch board operator for several years. Carolyn later moved to Pensacola, Florida, while living in Pensacola she owned a bar where her oldest son played the drums in a band. Carolyn and her husband retired, returning to Terre Haute and enjoyed attending flea markets and going to auctions.
