Carolyn Lee Pittman, 79, passed from this life Saturday, April 6, 2024. Born July 23, 1944, in Roanoke, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Edwards Pittman and Mabel Virginia Pittman. She had two sisters, the late Mary Louise Dezotell (husband Kelly) who lived in Kent, Washington, and Joan Myrtle Pittman whose current whereabouts are unknown. She also has a cousin, Frances Donaldson, who lives in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Carolyn was a longtime member of the Jefferson Street (Petersburg) and the Cameron Avenue (Colonial Heights) Churches of Christ. She spent her adult life in the Tri-City area and retired as a librarian in the Prince George County School System.
