Carolyn Ruth Larche Sewell, a 79-year-old New Orleans born, Mobile raised and longtime resident of Destin, FL passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012. Carolyn was a devout Catholic who treasured her family. She loved Mardi Gras, the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Braves. Carolyn loved to travel, dance and play bridge with her many precious friends. She was treasured by the Destin snowbird community. Her wonderful smile and infectious laughter will be missed by all. Carolyn’s love of life and strong spirit endured until the very end.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Olga Larche, her brothers, James Clifford Larche and Milton Oriss Larche, Sr. and grandson, Arthur J. Pond IV. She is survived by her five children Debra Doyle, Connie Steele, Paula Griffith, Arthur J. Pond III, and Robert Pond (Elizabeth); her eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
