Carolyn J. Colegrove Murphy, age 72, of Pataskala, passed away on June 16, 2017, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Carolyn was born on December 9, 1944 to the late Raymond and Dorothy (Whitt) Colegrove in Minford, Ohio. She is retired from Dr. Frank Bressler’s office after more than 27 years. Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Art R. Murphy; children, Wally (Lisa) Blackburn, Dawn (Steven) Garavuso; step-children, Christina Grundy, Artie (Molly) Murphy; grandchildren, Jessica Ray (Pete) German, Nicholas Garavuso, Kristen (Bryan) Vogel, Adam and Hannah Troesch, Reyna and Elena Grundy, Sebastian and Tegan Murphy; great-grandchildren, Reagan German; and life-long friend, Kathy Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald Lee Colegrove, John Richard Colegrove.
