Carolyn Ann (Cavalaris) Lawson left us for her Heavenly home on Wednesday, March 28. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio as the second daughter of Louis Cavalaris and Caroline Anne (Pater) Cavalaris. The beloved wife of Woodrow Lee Lawson (retired Pan American pilot) devoted mother to Woody Jr. (Faye), Gary (Debbie), Louis John and Mary Jane (Marty) Locke and blessed grandmother to Morgan, Hunter, Julie, David, Jarrett and Andrew.
Survived by her brother Louis (Helen) Cavalaris, sisters Clarissa (Don) Halsema and Mary Louise Cavalaris, Carolyn now joins her beloved sister Patricia Marie Cavalaris in Heaven.
Moving to Miami. Florida from Hampton Virginia in 1943, Carolyn always held a special place in her heart for her Father’s restaurant, the S&S. The S&S (opening in 1935) was owned and operated by the Cavalaris family from 1943 through 2008.
A faithful servant of our savior Jesus Christ, Carolyn was a member of the St.
