Caroline “Dolly” Ellen Smale, age 92 of Allentown, PA passed away on October 23, 2013. Born in Bethlehem on December 17th, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Clarence J. and Esther A. (Linde) Hagen.
Dolly, was the wife of the late William Robert Smale Sr. of Bethlehem, PA.
Dolly is survived by her children Carol Smale of Coopersburg, PA , William Smale Jr. and wife Melinda of Rio Oso, CA, Charlene Ruppert, wife of the late Joseph Ruppert of Warrenton, VA. Dolly is survived by 8-grand children, 8-great grandchildren and 1-great great grandson, sister-in-law Sandra Swartz. She was predeceased by son, Charles Smale, brothers Gene Hagen, George Swartz Jr.
