Caroline Anne Cook, 75, died Wednesday, July 9, 2021, at her home in Niceville, FL surrounded by friends and family after a long, brave battle with breast cancer.
Caroline was born May 28, 1946, in Milwaukee, WI, daughter of the late Bert and Martha Moon. Caroline was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Barbara, Dixie, Suzanne, and Linda. She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Edwin Gayle Nope, Sr. She is survived by one sister, Diana, and one brother Ernie. She is also survived by her two children by her second marriage, Amber and Jaramy Nope, and her husband, William H. Cook. She moved to Niceville FL in 1999 when she married her husband, William.
Caroline was a Vietnam-era veteran having served in the US Army, US Air Force, and the Illinois Air Force National Guard. She attended college in Champaign-Urbana Illinois where she earned her Licensed Practical Nurse license.
