Carol Lynn Evans (nee Taubel), age 60, of Burlington Twp., died suddenly Thursday October 11, 2007 at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County in Willingboro. Mrs. Evans was born May 11, 1947 in Mt. Holly to Francis Paul and Florence N. Taubel.
She was employed as a retirement specialist for Wachovia Bank in Philadelphia. She was a member of the Mitchell Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, both in Burlington.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years John C. (Jack) Evans, her sons and daughter in law: Jeffrey S. Evans of Burlington and John E. (Eric) and Alicia Evans of FL, granddaughter of Evelyn Rose, sisters Helen Cheadle of Mays Landing and Janet (Ralph) Giovanetti of Christiansburg, VA, brother Bill (Kate) Taubel of Edgewater Park, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is also survived by her life long best friend Linda Kiple.
