Carol Jean (Allegretti) Rogers, 66, of Cromwell, beloved wife and best friend of William H. Rogers for 48 years, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 surrounded by her family at Middlesex Hospital after a long illness. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Phyllis (Simper) Allegretti of Cromwell and the late Raymond Allegretti. Carol lived in Cromwell all of her life.
