Carol Ann Laurette, 66, of Cassopolis, passed peacefully Wednesday evening, December 31, 2014 in her daughter’s residence, surrounded by her family. She was born April 28, 1948 in Newark, New York to Harold and Lena (French) Laurette.
Her parents preceded her in death.Carol enjoyed crafts, especially knitting, crocheting, painting, playing computer games and fighting with her son in law during card playing. She enjoyed being with her family, especially her grand-kids and great grand-kids. Carol will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She is survived by one daughter, Donna (James, Jr.) Finley of Cassopolis, two sons, Charles Burlee of Sodus, New York and Steven Burlee of Cassopolis; three grandchildren, James Finley III of Cassopolis, Erica Finley of Edwardsburg, Devon Burlee of Sodus, New York; and three great grandchildren Nollan Finley, Aiden Burandt and Liam Onofre.
