She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Ives Dale Hubbard and Opal Belle Leary Hubbard. She moved to Kissimmee, Florida many years ago and was a welder by trade. Carol was also a Baptist by faith.

Corbin, Kentucky; her daughter: Kristal D. Wilder of London, Kentucky; her brothers: Barry Hubbard of Hamilton, Ohio, Tyler Hubbard of Anderson, Ohio, Rodney Hubbard of Kissimmee, Florida; her grandchildren: Benjamin, Caleb, Andrew, Alexis and Aleah.
