PALLADINO, Carmine, Age 87 of Andover passed away on January 19, 2022.

He leaves his beloved wife Antonietta (Minichiello) Palladino, who he was married to for 63 years.

Loving Nonno of Nadia Palladino, Stefania Bishop and Grandson-in-law Justin Bishop. 

Loving Great Grandfather to Layla, Max and Marina Bishop. 

Devoted son of the late Giuseppe and Maria (DeLeo) Palladino.

Dear brother of Emilio Palladino of Medford, MA and Christina (Palladino) Barletta of Brighton, MA.

Dear brother of the late Guiseppe Palladino of East Boston, MA, Felice Palladino of Sicily (Italy), Vincenzo Palladino of Canton, MA and Enrico Palladino of Melrose, MA. 

Carmine was a man of few words and spoke with his hands. He loved and provided for his family. He always helped family and friends with any home repair related projects. After learning his woodworking skills in Rome, Carmine immigrated to Boston from Rome, Italy in 1961.

Carmine loved Italian music from the 50s. Especially Claudio Villa. He had over 100 cassettes of Italian music. 

In the words of Claudio Villa’s song “Il tuo Mondo” Translated to Your World.  

“You remind me of a world that was, of a former world which no longer can return, and yet for me the love which I have for you remains in my heart. I would like to go back for a moment, but time will not stop, it runs further on”

 

Nonno Carmine you are loved and will dearly be missed.  When you get to heaven Say hello to Nonna Maria, Nonno Joe, Zio Felice, Zio Peppo, Zio Vincenzo and Zio Rico.
