Carmen Angela “Ali” Zenizo Leon, 87, of Camarillo, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Carmen was born March 5, 1923, in Colima, Mexico. Ali migrated to Los Angeles, CA in 1946 with her then husband, Fernando Zenizo.
Ali was an independent, interesting, strong-minded woman. She was full of life and an excellent storyteller. She was always on top of current events, she loved crossword puzzles and was never scared to give her opinion.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Guillermo and Angela Leon, and brothers, Roberto, Eduardo and Guillermo Jr. Leon and her sister, Elisa.
Carmen in survived by her loving daughters, Yvonne Campos, Patricia Zenizo and Carmen (husband, William) Saxton; grandchildren, Angel, Yvette, Oscar, Pietro, Shon, and Christina; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Isaiah, Skylar, Sophia, Michael, Valentina, Victoria, Valeria, Vanessa, Unique, Savannah, Shyanne, and Jordan.
