Carmen is survived by her children, Edwin F. Gonzalez of Pawtucket, RI, Ventura Santiago of Providence, RI and Gabriel Santiago of Puerto Rico, and her long-time companion of William Rosario as well as many other family and friends who will miss her dearly.
