Carmella “Millie” (Campo) Sanders, 89, formerly of Upton, died Tuesday evening, October 1, 2013 in Life Care Center of West Bridgewater after a period of declining health. She was the widow of Norman J. Sanders, who died in 2012 after 52 years of marriage.
Mrs. Sanders was born in Boston, a daughter of the late Guiseppe and Maria (Golisano) Campo.
She leaves one brother, John Campo of Bridgewater; a sister, Frances Vierria of San Jose, CA; two stepchildren, Norman Sanders, Jr. of Upton and Gail Cannon of Reading; 3 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Mary Loucks, Viola LaPonta, and Salvatore Campo.
