CARLTON CARTER, age 84, of Manassas, VA died Thursday, April 3, 2003 at Annaburg Manor, Manassas. Mr. Carter was born in Manassas, VA. He was the son of the late Sherwood and Gertrude Holland Carter. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during World War II. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Nell C. Carter, two children, Wayne Carlton Carter, of Dunnsville, VA and Wanda Lorraine Cohen, of Ashburn, VA and four grandchildren, Stephen Long, Christopher Long, Kelley Carter and Kimberly Jacobs and 3 great-grandchildren.
