Devoted father of Bob (Mary) Van Milligan, Barb (Rich) Wondaal, Jim Van Milligan, Debbie (Darin) Smit and Marilyn”s children: Dr. Allan (Sharon) Olthoff , Judith (Mark) Vollbrecht, Cheryl (Roger) Frieling, and Dale (Kris) Olthoff.
Proud and loving grandfather of sixteen and great- grandfather of three. Dear brother of the late Ann Marie Witvoet. Mr. Van Milligan was a W.W. II Army Veteran.
