Carl P. King, 76, of West Haven passed away on Thursday November 10, 2011. Brother of Dolsie Root and the late Gladys DeFonzo and Janie Mathis. He also leaves behind his loving nieces and nephews. Carl attended Easter Seals Rehabilitation center for 22 years and worked for Goodwill in Hamden for 13 years. He was known in West Haven as the King of selling raffle tickets and poppies for the West Haven American Legion Auxillary. Carl was an earth angel who was loved by everyone who met him.
