Carl “Capt” H. Dal Lago was 54 when he died suddenly Sunday, March 1st. Born in Englewood, Carl lived most of his life in New Milford before moving to Ridgefield Park many years ago. He was a hard-working mechanic with a wealth of mechanical knowledge who loved Harley Davidsons, classic cars, and boats. Carl was the son of the late Jean Dal Lago and the late Joseph F. Dal Lago, Sr. He leaves behind his beloved wife Dawn (nee McCormack) Dal Lago, a son Anthony Rossi, a brother Joe Dal Lago and his wife Barbara, a brother Steven Dal Lago and his wife Yasmin, a sister Gina Capitani and her husband Steven, and a brother Michael Dal Lago and his wife Claudia, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Carl was loved by everyone he touched and will sadly missed.
