Candelario “Candy” Becerra

Candy was born in El Centro California July 2, 1957, and passed away on July 7, 2020 in Colorado Springs, CO. He was 63.

Candy met and married his wife Liz in 1980 in Exeter and made their home in Farmersville where they raised their three children.

Candy was very involved with the community of Farmersville. He became a Volunteer Firefighter, and was planning commissioner twice, wrestling coach, ran the clock for the high school football games.

Candy is survived by his wife Liz, his sons Daniel and wife Dallas of Farmersville,  Jonathan and wife Helen of Santa Ana, and Daughter Isabel and husband Eric of Colorado Springs, CO. His Grandchildren Dorian, Kotori, Serenity, Abilene and Daniel Jr. He’s also survived by his brothers Miguel, Raymond, Jose, Tony,  Peter, and sister Carmen. Candy is also survived by his Foster son Tyrone Taplin of Denver, Co.
