Candace Louise Earhart (nee Johnson), 71, of Colorado Springs, CO died February 1, 2017. Candace was born February 4, 1945 in Chicago, IL to George and Clara Johnson. She was preceded in death by both parents. A Real Estate Broker at the time of her passing, Candace also spent much of her life in the travel industry including _20_ years with the airlines. She loved the outdoors and travel to all corners of the world with her husband of 39 years, Lincoln Earhart, who survives her. She was known for her endless care and support of all around her.
In addition to Lincoln, she is survived by two children: Heather Durkin (Tim) of Philadelphia, PA, and Benjamin Earhart (Lilith) currently residing in Okinawa, Japan; two grandchildren, Abby and Jack Durkin, a sister, Sandra (Ralph) of Palatine, IL, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and sister’s- and brother’s-in-law with whom she was close.
