C.E “Pedro” Westbrook, 75, of Newnan, Ga passed away Friday April 17, 2020. He was born December 29, 1944 in Shannon, Georgia to the late Hugh Oulion Westbrook and the late Christine Pitts Westbrook. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Hugh Oulion “Bud” Westbrook, Jr. and sister, Anne Jackson. He was a retired welder where he worked for Bankhead Enterprises Inc. He was an avid coin collector, loved being in his woodshop and loved being with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Judy Westbrook, his son Blake (Angelia) Westbrook, his daughter, Tiffany (David) Lee, his grandsons, Cody Lee and Daniel Westbrook, his sister, LaVern (Steve) Anderson and many other nieces and nephews.
