Burton (Bud) Franz Kunkel
Our loving father, grandfather, brother and friend, Burton (Bud) Franz Kunkel, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2016. He was born December 14, 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Erich William and Harriett (Smith) Kunkel. Bud married his sweetheart, Beverly Jean Brummond, on October 16, 1953 at St. Paul Lutheran Church. They spent 63 wonderful years together before her passing on November 7, 2016. He was also preceded in death by his son Rick Kunkel.
He was a graduate of Box Elder High School and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
Bud was a faithful member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his children, Gregory Kunkel, Rebecca Lammert and Lorette Andrews; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
