Bryan S. Was, 22, of Plainville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain.

Bryan was born September 2, 1996 in Farmington, son to Michelle Lee Was. He grew up in Plainville, attended local schools and received his diploma from Plainville High School, class of 2015. His interest in software engineering led him to further his education and take classes at Tunxis Community College. Bryan received his license as a Pharmacy Technician and was employed by Walgreens. Also, he formerly worked at Gulf gas station as a cashier. Bryan had a profound love and appreciation for his family, his friends, and his two cats, Meownaynay and Orkweesha. He was a gentle, kind, smart man, and always the goof ball of his family making it impossible to not crack a laugh with him. His beautiful smile, bright blue eyes and great sense of humor will be deeply missed by his entire family and circle of friends, as they cherish the memories they have shared together with Bryan.

In addition to his mother, who he called “mims”, Bryan is survived by his twin brother, David Was, his younger brother, Wil Riccitelli, his grandmother, Lorraine Colagiovanni, his grandfather, Bryan N. Was, his great-grandmothers, Jean Was and Terry Hansen, his aunts and uncles, Carrie and Yogiraj Aradhye and their daughter, Aria, Stacey Mills and Sean Willard and their children, Shawn and Adriana, and Krystal and Jeremy Polito and their children, Jordan, Jayden, and Hailey, and many, many great aunts and uncles, cousins, and extended family.
