In his short few days of life, Brooks gave his parents and family who were blessed to meet him a lifetime of love. He is survived by his loving parents, Dylan Ray Canter and Madison Evelyn Canter (Foster) of Franklin. His paternal grandparents are Beverly Canter of Indianapolis, and William Canter of Franklin. Maternal grandparents are Timothy and Debbie Foster of Franklin.
