He was a recent resident of Washington, New Jersey where he relocated after a job promotion in 2021. He was employed with Market Source Inc. as a market brand manager. Brian was the eldest son of Steven and Emmylou Casper. Brian had an infectious personality to which people were drawn to. He had a special relationship with his mother. He easily made friends everywhere he went. His outgoing, upbeat personality combined with his quick wit served to both entertain and motivate those who knew him. He was also known for being musically and artistically gifted, having been awarded an art scholarship and singing in the show choir during his high school years.
