Brent R. Petty, 41, of Greenwood, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017.
He was born, August 23, 1975, in Beech Grove, to his parents, William “Bill” and Dena (Mullenix) Petty. He worked for the street department of Greenwood.
Brent was a big sports fan, especially of the New York Yankees and the Indianapolis Colts. He enjoyed listening to music.
Brent loved spending time with his family.
Brent is survived by his children, Brandon Petty of Greenwood and Katy Sims of Brown County; his parents, William “Bill” and Dena (Mullenix) Petty of Greenwood; two siblings, Krista Turner and Todd Petty, both of Greenwood; two grandchildren, Paige Darnell and Braden Favors; and by several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Lil Mullenix and William and Evelyn Petty.
