Brent David Slaugh, age 29, was born May 14, 1991 to Michael D. and Tammy L. Slaugh in Hobbs, New Mexico, entered into eternal life February 28, 2021 in Austin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his son, Braydin Nickolas Cofer-Slaugh, grandfathers, Ted Slaugh and Franklin D. Gillispie and an aunt June Ellen LLoyd.
Brent is survived by his children, Hadlie Willow Slaugh, Deegan Michael Slaugh, and Mina Marie Slaugh, parents, Mike and Tammy Slaugh, sister, Kristen Zavala all of Hobbs, New Mexico; grandmothers, JoAnn McCracken of Bloomfield, New Mexico, Irma Smith of Las Cruces, New Mexico as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brent was larger than life, living by his own terms. He had a big, generous heart and loved his friends and family with all his being. He was adventurous, and enjoyed extreme sports such at dirt bikes and BMX. He was charismatic, handsome and loyal. He was a caring father and loved his children deeply.
