Brenda (Rangoni) Wilkes, 74, of Newtown, wife of the late Peter Wilkes, died on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Regional Hospice of Western CT, Danbury.
Mrs. Wilkes was born in New Milford, March 22, 1947, the daughter of Frederick and Marian (Ohmen) Rangoni and resided in Warren, CT where she in early years attended Warren schools.
In later years, she attended Danbury High School, graduated from Danbury High School with the Class of 1965, and graduated from Western CT State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Mrs. Wilkes was employed with Grolier, Inc.
She was an avid golfer, enjoyed gardening, and was a volunteer at the Festival of Trees sponsored by Ann’s Place.
