Bonnie was born in Ogden, Utah to Eugene and Viola Blair. She grew up in Farr West and graduated from Weber High School. She married Richard West Raleigh on June 5, 1944. Later they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. She worked at First Security Bank for 26 Years. She was a member of DUP and volunteered for the Symphony Guild. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Lorin Farr Stake, Ogden 8th Ward and served as the Stake Relief Society president for many years. She loved to crochet making many afghans and baby blankets.
She is survived by her brother, Don Blair; sons, Michael Raleigh (Jolyn) of
West Valley, UT and Kevin Raleigh of Ogden, UT. She is also survived by three grandsons, Sean Raleigh (Kirsti) of Sandy, UT, Nathan Raleigh (Jessica) of Parker, CO, and Devin Raleigh of Bonaire, Dutch Antilles. She has three great grandchildren who were the love of her life; Tasman Raleigh, Laelia Raleigh, and Miles Raleigh. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard West Raleigh of 29 years, baby sister Carmen, and nephew Jeff Raleigh.
